Felix K. Atsrim is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of FeDems Group, a company he founded with siblings in 2014. He is a certified Professional Engineer (PE) by the Ghana Institution of Engineering (GhIE) and has close to two decades of expertise in project management and civil engineering.
He leads FeDems in providing consultancy services to many reputable organizations, including the Jospong Group of Companies, Zoomlion Ghana Ltd., Ministry of Local Government, Decentralization and Rural Development (MLGDRD), HGL Farms, Glofert, Ghana Railway Development Authority, Local Government Service, the District Assemblies, and Pentecost University.
Under his leadership and guidance, the FeDems Group currently operates 9 subsidiaries.
FeDems was established to primarily to create employment opportunities and provide training for young professionals, and he has no regrets. As a company aspiring to build a culture of high-performing personnel in consultancy and professional services, Felix intends to grow the business into a vibrant company capable of competing fiercely with international firms.
Felix has had an outstanding professional career. He began as a Geodetic Engineer and Topographical Survey Specialist with Associated Consultants, working on projects such as the Achimota Transport Terminal Extension, Millennium Development Authority (MIDA), and the Volta Regional Road Projects from 2008 to 2011.
Additionally, he held the position of Estate & Development Manager for Pentecost University from 2012 to 2018.
Furthermore, Felix received recognition in the Consultancy and Professional Services Category as the winner of the 2022 Forty Under 40 Awards. He has received many recognitions from world Engineering Fraternity at Both the World and Africa FIDIC conferences for leading groundbreaking engineering projects.
Throughout his life journey, Felix has been greatly influenced and inspired by two accomplished Ghanaians. The first is Ing. Lawrence Atsrim, his father, who instilled in him professionalism, strong work ethics, and a focus on family and spiritual life. The second is Dr.Joseph Siaw Agyepong, the Executive Chairman of the Jospong Group of Companies, who has positively influenced Felix’s social and business life through his philanthropy and humility.
A product of PRESEC – LEGON, 2001, Felix is a product of KNUST (BSc. Geodetic Engineering, 2006) and holds an MSc. in Construction Project Management from the University of Manchester (UK), 2012.
