About the Summit

The National Emerging Leaders Economic Forum (NELEF) is a premier platform aimed at fostering dialogue, innovation, and collaboration among young leaders, policymakers, and business professionals in Ghana.

Following the success of the inaugural forum, NELEF 2025 will focus on the critical role of youth empowerment in driving sustainable economic development, aligning with current government policy directions. The 2024 forum successfully engaged approximately 2,500 participants, and we anticipate hosting around 5,000 emerging leaders at the UPSA auditorium on September 23rd, 2025.

This growth reflects our commitment to empowering the next generation of leaders and fostering economic development.
